Contributor’s last name or surname.  If publication was created by a staff of editors, the company name is considered the contributor.



Individuals:  Enter individual’s last name or individual’s single name (e.g., Madonna) in mixed case.



Corporations:  Enter company name followed by “Staff” (e.g.: Bowker Staff) in mixed case. Also be sure to check the Company button.



To add an additional contributor, click on Add Additional Contributors found below the contributor table.



To remove a contributor, click on the Delete button in contributor table, in the same row of the contributor you wish to remove.



Do not enter degrees or certifications (M.D., PhD) in this field.

Do not enter name supplements (e.g., Jr.) in this field; use the Supplement field.
